Any suggestions on a possible fix is appreciated. I did send a message to MightyText support, but it takes them 24 to 48 hours to get back to you and I really want to get this resolved much sooner. I figured that if I could set the extension back to factory defaults it might clear whatever it is from Windows that's causing the problem, but I can not figure out how to clear the settings data in the extension. When you do that, it still does keep some of your settings, so it's not like it's clearing the extensions data when you uninstall it.
